Settings and sync

Your tracker saves on this device automatically, even with no internet. Connect your Google Sheet to see the same list on every device, and to add jobs automatically from Gmail.

1. Connect your Google Sheet

Follow the set up guide in your kit (Bonus 1). Then paste your two details here, on every device you use.

Web app address (ends in /exec)

Connection key

2. "Save this job" button

On a laptop, drag this gold button to your browser's bookmarks bar. On any job advert, click it once and the job is added to your tracker.

Save this job

Connect your Google Sheet first, then the button works from any browser.

On a phone: copy the job link, then paste it into the box at the top of the tracker.

3. Backup

Download a backup file, or restore one on another device. Useful if you do not want to connect Google.

4. Start again

Deletes every application on this device. If you are connected to Google, the rows in your Sheet are marked as deleted too.
